Yes. When a client is invited into the portal, shared applications appear with live progress tracking, so they can see how complete the application is and where things stand.
On your side, the Application section shows a completion progress bar for the same application, and the deal has its own card in your pipeline view. Both views read from the same application, so the numbers match.

Whether a deal's pipeline stage moves on its own as the application progresses, or you move it yourself on the board, is worth confirming for your setup.
