Why can't I submit my deal until the application is 100% complete?

The submit button only activates once the application reaches 100%, because lenders need a complete package to review the deal, and submitting partial files just leads to back-and-forth and delays. The good news is you don't have to fill everything in by hand: open the application, let the AI generate smart suggestions, and click Accept All to close out the remaining fields and reach 100%. Anything the AI can't infer will be flagged so you know exactly what to add, and you can still run matchmaking on a partial application beforehand to gauge lender fit. Once it hits 100%, the submit button turns active and you're ready to send.
