Can I include my client in the messaging thread, or have all three of us, broker, client, and lender, in one place?

How client and lender messaging stay separate, and how to loop your client in without losing control.

No, not as one shared thread. There is no single conversation holding you, your client and the lender together. There are two separate threads and you sit in the middle of them.

Client messaging

You control how visible each deal is, so client involvement is your call. When you create a deal you can keep it visible only to your team or include the client. If you include them, they get their own portal access where they can:

  • See progress on the deal

  • Upload documents

  • Message you directly

Client messaging is a direct line between you and your client, separate from your lender communication.

Lender messaging

Lender conversation happens in the deal room, on a submitted application. That thread is yours and the lender's, so the client is not in the same conversation as the lender.

If you would rather keep the client out of it

You can work fully white-glove: manage everything yourself and loop the client in when you are ready.
