After I submit, how do I message the lender's rep inside the platform, and when does messaging open up?

Once you submit a deal, the deal room becomes your hub for that submission, and for lenders who communicate through Levr you can message directly inside that deal room to ask questions, send clarifications, or discuss an offer. Messaging on a specific deal is tied to having submitted it, so the channel opens once the application is in front of the lender. Keeping the conversation in the portal means every message, document request, and update is tracked in one place instead of getting lost in email. Some lenders, especially non-integrated ones, may also follow up with you by email or phone, but either way you remain the point of contact and the lender works through you, not around you.
