You control what your client sees. When you set up applications on a deal, each one can be set to Visible to the client or Only visible to your team, so you can keep your lender activity behind the scenes if you prefer a white-glove approach. You can manage lender matching and submissions privately and only share progress with the client when you choose to. If you do want the client involved, you can make specific applications visible and they will see progress on those.
