Is the whole platform free, or are some features paid?

Everything you need to run your deals is free: the AI agent, lender matchmaking, deal management, the client portal, document tools, and commission collection. The only things that can carry a cost are optional, bespoke add-ons, like a custom API integration, white-labeling, or other custom development work tailored to your business. Those are one-time setups you would only pay for if you specifically want them, and we will always walk you through any cost before anything is charged.
