White labeling puts your brand on everything your clients see. Your logo, your colors, your domain, and emails that come from you. Clients who sign up through your links see your business, not ours.
What changes when you white label
Your sign-up and application links show your domain instead of apply.levr.ai
Emails to your clients send from your domain, not ours
The sign-up screen carries your branding only
Each portal you manage can carry its own branding, so separate teams or products can run independently under their own names
How to set it up
1. From your home screen, scroll down to Manage branding across portals.
2. Add your logo, business name, and brand colors.
3. Connect your custom domain. You will need access to your DNS settings for this step. If someone else manages your website, they can add the records in a few minutes.
4. Test your sign-up link. It now shows your domain.
Common questions
Q: Will my clients see the platform's name anywhere?
A: Once white labeling is set up, no. The links, sign-up screen, and emails all carry your brand. Until then, links show apply.levr.ai, and most clients pay little attention to the URL.
Q: Do I need a developer?
A: No. The only technical step is adding DNS records for your domain, which your website manager can do in minutes. We can also walk you through it live.
Q: Can different teams or products have their own branding?
A: Yes. You can create a portal for each product or team and brand each one independently. Brokers you invite can also set up their own branding or use yours.
Q: What if I'm not ready to white label yet?
A: You can share just the applications with clients in the meantime. That keeps what clients see to a streamlined application until your branding is ready.
