How do I connect a custom domain so my client portal uses my own web address?

Get your portal, signup link, and client emails running on your own web address.

Beyond adding your logo and brand colour in Settings, you can white-label your portal so it runs on your own custom domain and sends client emails from your address. Clients see your brand instead of the platform's.

You add the DNS records yourself at your domain provider, because you control that domain. We generate the exact records for you, including the DKIM records for email. Your job is to copy them across as written.

How to set it up

  1. Open Settings, then Domains.

  2. Enter the domain or subdomain you want to use and submit it.

  3. The platform generates the DNS records for that domain. Copy the full list, or download the instructions file.

  4. Sign in to your domain provider, or send the file to whoever manages DNS for you, and add every record exactly as written. Do not skip any of them.

  5. Come back to your Domains settings and watch each record verify.

Once every record verifies, your sign-up link, client portal, and outbound emails run under your own web address.

DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours to propagate, so a pending record is not necessarily a problem. If something is still not verifying after that, email contact@levr.ai with the domain and we can regenerate the records for you.
