Your branded portal goes live once the DNS records for your custom domain verify. You add those records at your own domain provider, because you control the domain, so this is the checklist to run through on your side.
Check these in order
Give it time. DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours to propagate. A record that is still pending inside that window is normal.
Check every record is there. The usual cause is a missing or partially entered record. Open your Domains settings and check that every record shows green, not just some of them.
Compare the values character for character. Copy the full instructions file from your Domains settings and check each host, type and value against what is live at your domain provider. A trailing dot or a truncated DKIM value is enough to stop it.
Re-check. The domain activates once every record verifies, so you do not need to do anything else once they all go green.
If someone else manages DNS for you, send them the instructions file exactly as written rather than retyping the values.
If it still will not resolve after 48 hours and every record looks correct, email contact@levr.ai with your domain. We can reset the configuration and regenerate the records for you.
