The platform does not pull credit. Nothing we do triggers a credit check.
On the intake form your client self-reports their credit range. That range is one of the inputs used for matching, and it is not a credit check.
Any actual credit check is run by the lender, on their own process. Whether a submission triggers a soft pull or a hard pull, and when, is up to that lender. Ask the lender when a hard pull happens on their file so you can tell your client accurately.
This is not advice about your client's credit file.
