Can I pre-screen or pre-qualify a client before submitting so I don't waste lender relationships or my own time?

How to check a client's eligibility before submitting to lenders.

Yes, and we recommend it. Run matchmaking before you create a deal so you can see which lenders are likely to fit based on the client's profile, before investing time in a full application or touching any lender relationships. It also lets you set realistic expectations with the client up front.

Click through the walkthrough above to see matching run, then read the detail below.

What this does to the client's credit

Levr does not pull credit at any stage. Any credit check is the lender's, and it happens after submission. Whether it is a soft or a hard pull is up to that lender, so ask them if the client needs to know before you submit.

If nothing matches

An empty result is still useful. It can mean the client needs to strengthen their profile before going to market. It can also mean coverage is thin for that deal profile, which is genuinely the case today in commercial real estate, multifamily, and SBA. Either way, it is better to know now than after a submission.

If a result looks wrong for a client you know is fundable, email contact@levr.ai with the business name.
