Your data is yours. The client information, applications, and documents you put into the platform belong to you. Our terms of service and privacy policy are the documents that bind that, so read those for the exact wording.
We do not resell your data, use it to compete with you, or share it without your permission. Data is held with 256-bit encryption and SOC 2 compliance.
If you close your account, that ends your login. Full deletion of your data is done by request, because doing it properly takes work and we would rather do it properly than partially. To make that request, email us at contact@levr.ai.
