You control it. By default you stay the point of contact on the deal, and you decide on each application whether your client sees the lender.
On every application you can keep the deal visible only to your team, or include the client. That toggle is the whole answer: if you leave it off, your client does not see the lender's name.
Click through the walkthrough above to see your client's side of the portal for yourself, so you can confirm what does and does not reach them.
External share links
When you share a deal outside your workspace, that link is read-only and the underlying data stays protected inside the platform.
Your role on the deal
Lenders submit their questions and offers to you inside the deal room. The platform is built so you stay in the middle of the deal.
