If there is an outage, we will post an update and email brokers. We are a small team that takes platform reliability seriously, because we know your business depends on it.
First, rule out your account
A login problem looks a lot like an outage. If you cannot get in, check the login troubleshooting article below first. If the site loads for other people on your team but not for you, it is an account or browser issue, not an outage.
How to report one
Email contact@levr.ai with what you were doing, the time, and a screenshot if you have one. If you believe data is missing after an outage, tell us the deal name and we will check it.
