Who Can Access Account Settings
Account Settings are available to:
MSP Admin users
Not available to:
Support users
Viewer users
If you don’t see the “Account” section in your menu, you don’t have admin permissions. Contact your MSP Owner to request admin access if needed.
Accessing Account Settings
To open Account Settings:
Click “Account” on the left menu
Basic Account Information
Update Account Logo
Your logo appears in the upper-left corner of Lexful for all users in your MSP.
To change your logo:
Account Settings → Basic Information
Click “Add Account Logo” or drag/drop image file
Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG
Recommended size: 200x60 pixels (maintains quality at standard resolution)
Click “Save Changes”
Logo displays:
Top-left corner of application
Login page (upcoming feature)
Client portals (when enabled)
Update Account Name
To change your MSP account name:
Account Settings → Basic Information
Edit “Account Name” field
Enter new name (this is your MSP’s display name)
Click “Save Changes”
Account name appears:
In browser tab title
In account dropdown
In user invitation emails
Update Account Subdomain (Slug)
Lexful URLs have the domain structure company.data_location.lexful.app
Your account subdomain is your MSP’s unique identifier in Lexful URLs.
Your account data location indicates where your data is housed.
To change account subdomain**:**
Account Settings → Basic Information
Edit “Account Subdomain (Slug)” field
Enter new subdomain (lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens only)
Click “Save Changes”
⚠️ Important: Changing your subdomain will:
Update all URLs for your account
Log out all currently logged-in users
Require users to bookmark new URL
Update client portal URLs (if enabled)
