Understanding Your Leya AI Subscription and Billing Details

Here’s a simple FAQ guide to help you understand your Leya AI subscription, cancellation, and refunds.

1. Subscription Plans

Leya AI offers different subscription options:

  • 7-Day Plan – Renews every week

  • 1-Month Plan – Renews every month

  • 3-Month Plan – Renews every 3 months

  • 6-Month Plan – Renews every 6 months

🔹 Important:
✔ All subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You might not always see all plans available due to different business reasons.


2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you bought the subscription from the Apple App Store:

  • You must cancel through Apple Support, as Apple manages the payments.

If you bought the subscription from the Leya AI website:

Things to remember when canceling:
✔ Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged again.
Deleting the app will NOT cancel your subscription.
✔ You will still have access until the end of your billing period after canceling.


3. How to Get a Refund

If you paid through the Apple App Store:

  • Request a refund directly from Apple Support (Leya AI cannot process these refunds).

If you paid through the Leya AI website:

  • Contact Leya AI Support to request a refund.

💡 Note:

  • If your refund is approved, your subscription will be canceled immediately.

  • If you paid with PayPal more than 180 days ago, refunds may not be possible due to PayPal’s policy.

4. Does My Subscription Renew Automatically?

✔ Yes! All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
✔ If you don’t want to be charged again, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
