Managing Subscriptions and Refunds for the Leya AI iOS App via the Website

This article explains how to get refund and cancel your subscription if you have purchased subscription through Leya AI Website

If you have purchased a plan from our Website or WebApp follow the steps below to cancel your subscription and get a refund

  1. Then go to your profile > Manage subscription > Click on cancel subscription button/ cancel plan button

3. If you need a refund after that please reach out to our customer support using the live messenger customer support channel in the WebApp or Website.

Please note that canceling your subscription will stop the auto-renewal but does not guarantee a refund. For refunds, please contact Customer Support directly.

Note: If there is any issue then you can contact our customer support directly through the AI Chat Bot by requesting to speak with an agent. Alternatively, you can email help@leyaai.com or use the live messenger support option in the app to cancel your subscription and request a refund.
