If you're not satisfied with our services and product, we Guarantee a 100% full refund; you can request a full refund. You can read about our refund policy here: Terms & Conditions

Refunds depend on how you purchased your subscription:

  • Refunds for subscriptions bought via the Apple App Store must be requested through Apple. This is Apple’s policy, and they handle all such refunds. You can find more details in our article on Requesting a Refund for Leya iOS App Purchases.

  • For purchases made via our website, please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Guide.

  • Once your refund is processed, your account access will be revoked, and your subscription will be canceled immediately.

  • For PayPal purchases, please note that refunds cannot be issued if the transaction is older than 180 days, as per PayPal's policy. Unfortunately, Leya AI cannot override this rule.

  • Refunds might take 6-7 days for the refund to reflect in your account

Note -

  • Our subscriptions are automatically renewed. However, if you forgot to cancel, and the renewal payment has been deducted but you do not wish to continue, please contact our customer support team. We’ll be happy to assist you.
