Open Settings on your phone, go to Privacy > Microphone, and toggle it on.
Open Chrome, visit a site, and when prompted, tap Allow.
To change permissions, tap More (three dots) > Settings > Site Settings > Microphone. Allow access if blocked.

To change permissions, tap the Microphone icon by the address bar. If it’s off, enable it in Settings.
