For Android (Chrome):

  1. Open Settings on your phone, go to Privacy > Microphone and toggle it on.

  2. Open Chrome, visit a site, and when prompted, tap Allow.

  3. To change permissions, tap More (three dots) > Settings > Site Settings > Microphone. Allow access if blocked.

For iOS (Chrome):

  1. Open Chrome and visit a site. Tap Allow when prompted.

  2. To change permissions, tap the Microphone icon by the address bar. If it’s off, enable it in Settings.

You can refer to Google's official help article on managing microphone permissions for Chrome here: Google Chrome Help: Use your camera & microphone. This guide provides instructions on enabling and managing microphone permissions on both Android and iOS devices.
