If you made a purchase through the Apple Store and would like to request a refund, you can easily do so by following these steps:
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Your Web Browser
Start by opening a web browser on your iPhone, iPad, or computer.
Go to Apple's Refund Request Page
Sign In with Your Apple ID
Use the Apple ID that you used to make the purchase. This will help Apple identify your purchase history.
Select the Purchase to Be Refunded
After logging in, find the item for which you want a refund. Apple provides a list of all your recent purchases.
Request a Refund
Click on "Request a Refund" next to the item. Then, select "Tell us more" and pick the reason for your refund request. Be sure to provide accurate details.
Submit Your Request
Once you have selected the reason, click "Submit" to send your refund request.
Alternative Method Using the Apple App Store App
Open the App Store
On your device, open the App Store app.
Go to Your Profile
Tap on your profile icon, usually found at the top right corner of the App Store.
View Your Purchase History
Select "Purchase History" and look for the item for which you need a refund.
Select the Problem
Tap on the item and follow the prompts to request a refund. This may redirect you to Apple’s refund support page for additional details.

Refund Handling: Please remember that Apple manages all refunds for purchases made through the Apple Store. Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to process these refunds directly.
Processing Time: Refund processing times can vary. Apple will typically notify you once your refund request has been reviewed and processed.
