What our support team can and can't help with

Our support team is here to make sure your experience on Libraro runs as smoothly as possible. While we’re happy to assist with many types of questions and issues, there are a few things that fall outside of our reach.

  • What We Can Help With

You can reach out to us for support with things like:

  • Help creating or updating your account

  • Uploading your manuscript or sample chapters

  • Finding your way around the platform

  • Clarifying how subscriptions work

  • Reporting technical problems or glitches

  • Managing your personal details or notification settings

  • Questions about community guidelines or user behaviour

  • Getting book recommendations and platform tips

We’re always happy to help where we can.

  • What We Can’t Help With

There are a few things we’re unable to assist with directly:

  • Editing or rewriting your manuscript

  • Offering legal or publishing advice

  • Guaranteeing visibility or sales of your book

  • Handling payments made outside of our official platform

  • Resolving personal disputes between users (beyond serious or harmful behaviour)

While we can't manage these areas ourselves, we’re happy to point you toward helpful resources when possible.
