Our support team is here to make sure your experience on Libraro runs as smoothly as possible. While we’re happy to assist with many types of questions and issues, there are a few things that fall outside of our reach.


Getting Started

We can help you with:

  • Creating or updating your account

  • Finding your way around the platform

  • Clarifying how subscriptions work


Uploading and Managing Your Work

We can help you with:

  • Uploading your manuscript or sample chapters

  • Managing your personal details or notification settings

  • Reporting technical problems or glitches


Engaging with the Community

We can help you with:

  • Questions about community guidelines or user behaviour

  • Getting manuscript recommendations and platform tips

We’re always happy to help where we can.


What We Can’t Help With

While we are always happy to help where we can. There are a few things that fall outside of our support scope of what we can assist you with, please find these below:


Creative and Professional Services

We can't help you with:

  • Editing or rewriting your manuscript

  • Offering legal or publishing advice


Visibility, Payments, and Disputes

We cant help you with:

  • Guaranteeing visibility or sales of your manuscript

  • Handling payments made outside of our official platform

  • Resolving personal disputes between users (beyond serious or harmful behaviour)

While we can't manage these areas ourselves, we’re happy to point you toward helpful resources when possible.
