Libraro is a space built on respect, creativity, and community. If you come across behaviour that doesn’t belong, such as rude comments, inappropriate content, or spam, we encourage you to report it so we can take action quickly.

What You Can Report

You can report anything that feels unsafe, disruptive, or out of place, including:

  • Rude, offensive, or harmful comments

  • Spam messages or repeated unwanted content

  • Inappropriate language or behaviour

  • Content that breaks our community guidelines

No report is too small. If it doesn’t feel right, please let us know.

How to Report Something

1. Directly on the Platform

Look for the Report option near the comment, message, or content in question. Click it and follow the steps. It only takes a few moments.

2. By Email

You can also email us at info@libraro.com with a short description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot or link to the content.

What Happens After You Report

Every report is reviewed by our team. We’ll take appropriate action, which may include:

  • Removing content

  • Warning the user

  • In serious cases, suspending or banning their account

You may not always receive a follow-up, but please know that every report is reviewed carefully and helps keep Libraro safe.

Reporting Inappropriate Manuscripts

We understand that some manuscripts on Libraro may include strong or mature themes. That’s why we have clear community guidelines to help keep the platform respectful for everyone.

If you come across a manuscript or user that you feel goes too far or doesn’t belong on the platform, please email us at info@libraro.com. We take all concerns seriously and will look into the matter carefully.

You’re Helping Keep Libraro Safe
