At Libraro, we are committed to ensuring that all works published on the platform are original and created by the author. Because of this, we do not allow content generated by generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools. All manuscripts should be entirely your own work.

Why Manuscripts May Be Rejected

  • Our system uses a combination of automated and manual checks (including tools like Originality AI) to identify when content may have been generated using AI. If your manuscript is flagged and confirmed as non compliant, it will be rejected.

What Happens if Your Manuscript is Rejected

  • You will receive an email notifying you of the rejection.

  • The email will include a direct link to these Rejection Guidelines in the Help Centre.

  • Rejected manuscripts cannot be resubmitted unless they are revised to meet our policy of original authorship.

Escalation Path if You Believe This Was a Mistake

  • If you feel your manuscript was unfairly rejected:

  1. Email us at support@libraro.com with details of your case.

  2. Our team will conduct an internal review of the flagged submission.

  3. If we identify any error or abnormality in the rejection process, we will contact you directly with next steps.

  4. If we find no evidence of error, Libraro reserves the right to uphold the rejection. In these cases, we may not issue a reply.

These checks are in place to protect the integrity of the platform and to ensure fairness for all authors. By uploading your work to Libraro, you confirm that it is entirely your own creation and not generated by AI.
