Before uploading your manuscript to Libraro, make sure you read and understand our Terms and Conditions

Book Authorship & Plagiarism Declaration

  • I confirm that I have the permission of all related authors to publish the manuscript on Libraro. I consent to plagiarism detection procedures and understand that any confirmed instances of plagiarism will result in the removal of my submission, termination of my account, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

Author Representation Consent

  • I appoint Libraro as my non-exclusive publishing agent to represent my manuscript to publishers, libraries, film, television, stage, digital media, merchandise producers and other related industries. Content Compliance & Engagement Declaration

  • I confirm that my manuscript contains no inappropriate, hateful, discriminatory or defamatory material. Any adult or erotic content is properly labelled, and the manuscript does not contain obscene and offensive adult content. I further commit to engaging responsibly with the platform, including responding to required communications and adhering to submission guidelines. I understand that violation of these representations or failure to engage appropriately will result in manuscript removal, account termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.

  • I acknowledge Libraro does not accept any works that are the product of, or derived from use of artificial intelligence. This includes, without limitation, text, ideas, characters or specific images generated by or derived from artificial intelligence. I represent that my manuscript is an original work and I warrant and undertake to indemnify Libraro if the work I upload infringes the rights of a third party or is the work output of artificial intelligence. • I understand that violation of these terms will result in manuscript removal, account termination, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
