If you are only taking training on Ministry Grid, you won’t have to worry about a role at all. If you oversee all of the capabilities on Ministry Grid for your trainees, you’ll have an “Admin” role that will allow you to create as many roles as you wish on the platform, each with different capabilities, and be able to assign any person in your organization to any role.
