There is someone associated with our church account and we do not want them ordering online. What can we do?

To prevent someone from ordering online using your churches Lifeway account, you will need to change the PIN number.

To have your PIN changed, contact Lifeway Customer Service by e-mail at customerservice@Lifeway.com or by calling Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM CST at 800-458-2772. Please include your current PIN (Personal Identification Number), the new PIN you would like to have assigned to you, and your 10-digit statement account in your request.

You will then receive an e-mail message indicating successful updating of your PIN. Allow 24 to 48 hours for your new PIN to activate.
