How to Link Your Church or Organization to Your Lifeway Account
Linking your church or organization to your Lifeway account allows you to manage account details, access tax exemptions, and streamline billing processes. Follow the steps below to successfully link your church or organization.

To link your church or organization, you will need:
Your church’s 10-digit account number
The 4-digit PIN associated with the account
If you do not have this information, contact Lifeway Customer Service at 1-800-458-2772 for assistance. For security reasons, account details cannot be provided via chat or email.
Steps to Link Your Church or Organization
Sign in to your Lifeway account at my.lifeway.com.
Navigate to your profile by clicking on your name at the top of the screen and selecting 'Edit Profile' or 'Profile.'
Scroll down to the 'Linked Organizations' or 'Org Management' section.
Select 'Link an Organization' and enter your church’s account number and PIN.
Confirm the details and complete the linking process.
Additional Options
During Checkout: You can also link your organization during the checkout process by selecting 'Add an Organization' and entering the required account details.
Switching Accounts: If you need to switch your profile to an organization account, go to 'Switch Account' in your profile settings and follow the linking steps.
