How do I find my Autoship orders?

1. Log in
Go to my.lifeway.com and sign in using your Lifeway account credentials.


If your Autoship was created for your Organization using a Billing Account:

  1. After logging in, look at the bottom-left corner of the screen and select your Organization’s profile from the list.

  2. In the left navigation menu, click “Autoship.”

  3. Find the Autoship order you want to review or edit, then click “View/Edit” beside it.


If your Autoship is for a personal account (not tied to an Organization):

  1. In the left navigation menu, click “Order & Autoship.”

  2. At the top, select the “Autoship” tab to view your Autoship orders.
