Steps to Edit Autoship Orders
Online Changes
To update your Autoship order details online, follow these steps:
Log In to Lifeway: Visit my.lifeway.com and log in to your account.
Access Your Organization’s Account: If managing an Autoship under a church or organization account, click on the Switch Account option in the upper left corner and select your organization.
Navigate to Autoship: From the left-side menu, click on the "Autoship" tab.
Select Order to Edit: Find the Autoship order you wish to edit and click the blue View/Edit button.
Make Changes: - Use the pencil icon to edit details such as: - Primary contact - Payment method - Shipping address - Frequency - Adjust item quantities by clicking the current number, entering the updated amount, and waiting for the “cart updated” confirmation. - Remove or move items to other Autoship orders as needed.
Adding Items to Autoship
If you want to add new items, such as a Leader’s Guide, follow these steps:
Go to the Autoship section on your church or organization profile page.
