The price listed for our download products is a per session price. If the study you are looking at offers more than one session, that price would be for each session that you purchase. These are designed to be used by group members who may have missed a session or two from their group, and are priced as individual sessions to accommodate these needs.
Once you have purchased the download, you will see a link to download the file onto your computer. Once you have downloaded the file, it becomes your property. The file will remain on your computer for as long as you allow. It can also be re-downloaded at any time from your Media Content at My Lifeway. It can only be viewed by the individual who purchased it, as it is only licensed for individual use (unless labeled as Group Use).
Once a digital file has been downloaded to your computer it cannot be returned and therefore is not refundable.
