Managing your Autoship
Congrats! You've set up an Autoship. Need to make edits or updates? No problem! Autoships are available on my.lifeway.com, Lifeway's account management site.
Finding your Autoships
Choose your personal or organization the Autoship is under.
My Account or go to
Switch Account and select your organization.
💡 TIP: You can also find upcoming Autoships on the Account Home page, a snapshot your recent and upcoming account activity.
From your Autoship page, click View/Edit.
Managing your Autoship's settings
From your Autoship detail page, there are options to edit the autoship's delivery details and products.
💡TIP: Name your Autoship. A default name is provided, but giving your Autoship a name will help you and others quickly know what's for. (Ex. Sunday School Age 4-5)
Change quantities, remove or add items.
Check your Autoship's shipping address to ensure it's delivered properly.
For Organization autoships, check for the Contact, which is the person receiving the email notifications.
💡TIP: Reminder emails are scheduled to send when your Autoship is ready to edit and 7 days before the order will be placed.
