💡 Step-by-Step on Fixing Tech Issues

🔧 For Website Issues

Blank screen, slow page, lag, verification emails etc.

  1. Use Google Chrome instead of Safari for better compatibility

  2. Update your device software (in Settings of your device)

  3. Open an incognito/private window in Chrome ➡️ then login from there

  4. Clear your cache and browser data

  5. Ensure you're logged in on only one device or tab at a time

  6. Try switching to a newer device for the best experience

👋 For Login or Subscription Access Issues:

  1. Double-check that the email you're using to log in matches your membership email (what email was confirmation sent to, that is your account email).

  2. If clicking Login/Register redirects you to the memberships page, click Login/Register again.

  3. If your account is inactive, select a plan on the memberships page to reactivate access.

  4. Remember: unpaid users must select a membership to access the platform.

💰 If You’ve Paid But Still Can’t Access:

  1. Verify the email address used during payment (check your receipt)

  2. Log out and log back in using that email ⬆️
