1️⃣ You are on a once-off membership that automatically cancels. So, you don't need to cancel, because we have done it for you!

2️⃣ You are stuck on the payment pending page. In this case as shown below, you can contact us on the chatbot (bottom right corner of the page) and we will cancel it for you!

1️⃣ Login to The Lightup Hub 💡
2️⃣ Navigate to the 'Memberships' page
3️⃣ Scroll down to the bottom of the 'Memberships' page
4️⃣ Select "Cancel Membership"
