Approaching the limit - We will reach out to let you know that you are nearing your quota..
At the limit - Once you reach your quota, nothing will happen right away. We will reach out to discuss options if you continue to exceed your quota.
Significantly over - If you're substantially over your limit and do not persue options to upgrade your subscription, you space may be paused.
How to resolve quota issues
Upgrade your plan - The simplest solution is to move to a plan with higher limits. You can also contact support to discuss increasing the limits for your current plan.
Reduce usage - Delete unused assets or optimize direct link usage to get back within your limits.
Contact support - If you have questions about your usage or need a custom solution, reach out to our team.
Grace periods
Lingo provides reasonable grace periods for minor overages. We'll always notify you and give you time to address the issue before taking action.
