Lingo pricing is based on two main factors: the number of editors in your Space and your storage needs.

Editor-based pricing

Your plan cost is determined by how many editors you have. Editors are team members who can create and modify content - this includes Owners, Admins, Content Managers, and any Members with Kit edit access.

Consumers (team members who can only view and download) don't count toward your editor limit.

What's included in each plan

Every Lingo plan includes:

  • Unlimited Kits and Portals

  • Unlimited consumers (view-only users)

  • Direct link hosting for assets

  • Custom branding options

Plans differ in:

  • Number of editors included

  • Storage capacity

  • Direct link usage limits

  • Advanced features (SSO, custom domains, etc.)

Choosing the right plan

Small teams - If you have a few people managing content and many people consuming it, a smaller plan works well.

Growing teams - As more team members need edit access, you may need to upgrade to accommodate additional editors.

Enterprise - For large organizations with advanced security requirements (SSO, dedicated support), contact us for custom pricing.
