The Inbox on the Dashboard shows the most recent Messages in your conversations. Select See All Inbox Messages to open the Inbox and display all Messages. Click +Message to create a Message. View new Alerts by clicking the Alerts tab.

You can also click Inbox in the Left-Hand Menu. Here, you can search the Inbox, Alerts, Sent, Drafts, Archived, Pinned, and All Messages using keywords.

Note: The blue number next to your inbox indicates the combined number of new messages and new Alerts.
