Organizing your inbox allows you to be on top of client communication and avoid missing emails. Email statuses can be set to Low Priority, Pinned, or Archive.

Here's an explanation of the different statuses an email can be listed as:

  1. Low Priority can be used for emails that don't need your immediate response or are from non-client correspondents.

  2. Pinned emails allow you to keep track of important conversations and ensure they aren't swallowed up by new email in your Primary inbox.

  3. Archive stores emails that have been dealt with and don't need your attention anymore. If a reply comes in for an archived email, however, it will be pushed back into the Primary tab.

    1. Every time you reply to an email with a Liscio message or create a task/note from an email, it archives that email.

Once the email status is changed, the email will move to the appropriate status tab at the top of the email inbox.

To Change the Status of a Single Email:

  1. Click on an email to open it.

  2. Click the Ellipses (three dots) icon in the upper-right corner, under the blue +Email button.

  3. Click the appropriate status you want the email to be moved to:

  4. Low Priority, Pin It, or Archive.

Pro-Tip: Select the boxes to the left of emails to change the status of multiple emails at once.
