Once a file has been deleted, it is deleted from all places it is tied in Liscio. You would no longer be able to find the file on the Contact, Account, main files page, or place it was uploaded and neither will your client. Only firm users have the ability to delete files.
WARNING: Deleting a file will remove it from Liscio completely. There is no recycle bin or any way to retrieve a file once it has been deleted. If you would like to keep the file in Liscio, archive them

To delete files under an Account:
Click on the Accounts page on the left side of the screen.
Use the search bar at the top of the list to search for a specific Account.
Click on the Account.
Click the Files tab.
Use filters or search to find the file you would like to delete.
Click the title of the file to open a preview.
Click the trash can icon in the upper-right of the screen.
Click Delete File.
To delete files under a Contact:
Click on the Contacts page on the left side of the screen.
Use the search bar at the top of the list to search for a specific Contact.
Click on the Contact.
Click the Files tab.
Use filters or search to find the file you would like to delete.
Click the title of the file to open a preview.
Click the trash can icon in the upper-right of the screen.
Click Delete File.
To delete files from the Files page:
Click Files on the left side of the screen.
Use the search bar or filters to help find your file.
Click the checkbox next to the file name.
Scroll to the bottom to find the trash can icon.
Click the Delete File trash can icon.
Click Delete Files on the confirmation window that appears.
