Liscio's storage solution accommodates up to 2GB per file, so your clients can send and receive their largest files.

To add a file using Drag and Drop:

  1. Open your computer’s file explorer or finder

  2. Drag one or more files into the Attachments box​

To add a file using Browse:

  1. Select Browse in the attachments box

  2. Choose file(s) and select Open

To remove a file before the upload is completed, hover over it and select the blue X.

To add a file from the Liscio Vault:

Use this option to attach a file that’s already been uploaded to Liscio.

  1. Select Liscio Vault in the attachments box

  2. Use filters or search to find your file

  3. Check the box next to the file(s) you want

  4. Select Attach File in the bottom-right corner

To preview a file, select its name. The PDF will open in a new window.
Use the arrow icon to download or the printer icon to print.

Note: Liscio Vault can only be used to access files already uploaded within Liscio.

To add a file from the Paper Clip Icon (Tasks only):

You can also add attachments directly to a Task:

  1. Select the paperclip icon in the upper-right corner of the Task

  2. Choose your file and select Open

To remove a file before the upload is completed, hover over it and select the blue X.

To Add a file from an integrated Document Management System (DMS):

  1. Select Document Management System (DMS) in the attachments box

    1. Select the DMS you want to import files from

  2. Locate and select the file(s) you wish to bring into Liscio
