There are four ways that you can add an attachment in Liscio:

To add a file using Drag and Drop:

  1. Open your computer’s file explorer.

  2. Select and drag files into Liscio.

  3. A picture file converts to a PDF upon attachment, and all other file types are consistent with the original format.

Note: You can drag and drop multiple files.

To add a file using Browse:

  1. Click browse and select a file

  2. Choose file(s) and click Open

  3. A picture file converts to a PDF upon attachment, and all other file types are consistent with the original format

  4. To delete the attachment, hover over the file and click the blue X.

To add a file from the Liscio Vault:

Note: The Liscio Vault is a list of all files that have already been uploaded to Liscio. This is a way to share a file that has already been uploaded. For more information please see here.

  1. Click the Liscio Vault option

  2. Use the filter to search for a specific file.

  3. Check the box to the left of the file(s) you wish to share.

  4. Click Attach File in the bottom-right corner.

  5. To view the File, click on the File Name and the PDF will open. Click the Arrow button at the top right of the PDF to download and click the Printer button to print the document.

Note: Liscio Vault can only be used to access files already uploaded within Liscio.

To add a file from the Paper Clip Icon (Tasks only):

  1. Click the paperclip icon in the upper right-hand corner of a Task.

  2. Choose a file and click Open

  3. A picture file converts to a PDF upon attachment, and all other file types are consistent with the original format

  4. To delete the attachment, hover over the file and click the blue X.

  5. To view the File, click on the File Name and the PDF will open. Click the arrow button at the top right of the PDF to download and click the Printer button to print the document.
