Box Integration

Liscio’s Box integration lets you directly attach Box files to Messages, Tasks, Requests, and eDocs, and export documents seamlessly from the Liscio Vault into Box.

Connecting to Box:

  1. In Liscio, select your name (Profile Settings) from the vertical (left-hand) menu.

  2. On your Profile settings page, select Third-party Apps.

  3. Under the Document Management Systems header, select Connect in the Box section to authenticate your Box account.

  4. Enter in your credentials and select Authorize to grant Liscio access to your Box account.

Sending File(s) from Box to Clients:

  1. Navigate and select Add New in the vertical left-hand menu

  2. From the side menu, choose the type of item you want to create.

  3. Select Browse under Attachments.

  4. Under File, select Document Management System (DMS).

  5. Select Box from the drop down menu.

  6. Under Select a File, select the files you want to upload and send.

  7. Select Upload to successfully attach the file.

Exporting Client Files into Box:

  1. Navigate the Files page.

  2. Use the checkboxes to select the files you wish to export to Box.

  3. Go to the bottom of the screen and select the file icon located in the Icon Tray.

  4. Select Box as the Destination.

  5. Navigate through your Box directory until you locate the folder you want to export the files to.

  6. Select Export Files.
