Only Firm Admins are able to see eDoc and KBA balances.
To see your eDoc and KBA balance:
Select the ellipses (three dots) in the vertical (Left-Hand) Menu.
Select Admin →Integrations.
The Adobe Integration box will contain the eDoc (shown as "eSign") and KBA totals for Purchased, Used, and Balance.
Pre-purchasing credits to use eDocs or KBA is no longer required. Both services are now billed based on monthly usage. Once existing pre-purchased credits are used, monthly billing will begin.
Follow these instructions above to view your all-time pre-purchases and any remaining balance.
