Connect your Outlook 365 or Gmail account to Liscio to keep all client communication in one place—secure, organized, and visible across your firm.
What Email Integration Does
View and respond to client emails directly in Liscio
Link emails to Contacts and Accounts (manually or automatically)
Respond to regular emails with secure Liscio messages
Turn emails into Tasks or internal Notes
Keep non-client emails private—only client-related emails are visible to other firm users
How to Set Up Email Integration
Select your Profile (name) in the left-hand menu
Go to the Third-Party Apps tab
Under Email, choose Gmail or Outlook 365
Sign in to your email account
Accept permissions requested by your email provider
Look for a success message at the top of your screen
Note: The email you connect must match your Primary Email in Liscio.
If your email isn’t showing, make sure you’re logged into it in your browser before reconnecting.
What Happens After Connecting
Liscio will pull in the last 60 days of emails
New emails will sync automatically going forward
Important: If you delete an email in Gmail or Outlook, it will also be deleted from Liscio—unless it’s:
Linked to a Contact or Account, or
Pinned on the Liscio Emails page
