Connect to Email in Liscio
Liscio automatically links client emails to their Contact and Account, keeping your team up to date even when information is sent outside of Liscio.
Pro Tip: Reinforce adoption by replying to client emails with a secure Liscio message, encouraging them to communicate within the platform!
Email Signatures
Update employee email signatures to notify clients of your transition to Liscio. Clearly state that email will no longer be used for communication after [Date]. Example templates are available here.
Pro Tip: After inviting clients, set up an auto-response directing clients to log into Liscio.
Phone Calls
When a client calls, check their Liscio status. If they haven’t set up an account, take 2 minutes to guide them through it.
Previous Client Portals
Set a firm turn-off date for old portals and notify clients in advance. Send a mass email informing them that all document sharing will now be done through Liscio.
Pro Tip: Once portals are turned off, direct all client requests to Liscio to reinforce adoption.
