Text Log

The Text Log shows a record of all text messages (SMS) sent by your firm through Liscio.

Note: You must be a Firm Admin to access your firm's text log.

To access your firm's text log:

  1. Select the ellipses (three dots) in the Left-Hand Menu.

  2. Select AdminPreferences.

  3. Select the Text Logs tab at the top of the page.

What You’ll See in the Log

Here’s what the different sections and columns mean:

  • # of Texts Allowed: Liscio says 500 texts, but this limit is not enforced — you can send as many as you need.

  • # of Texts Sent to Date: Total number of texts your firm has sent.

  • Message #: Hover over this to see the actual message content.

Text Status Meanings

  • Queued: The message request has been received.

  • Sent: Message was sent, but delivery isn’t confirmed yet.
    If it stays as “Sent” for 72+ hours, it’s likely undelivered.

  • Delivered: The message reached the recipient.

  • Undelivered: The message failed to deliver. This might be due to:

    • Phone is off or out of service

    • Carrier blocked the message

  • Invalid Number: The phone number can’t receive texts.

  • Failed: Couldn’t send due to an issue (like a carrier restriction).

  • Unsubscribed: The person opted out of text messages.
