Firm Administrators can use the Admin → Users page to keep an eye on employee settings and feature usage.
This helps make sure your team is following security best practices and utilizing key features.
Accessing the Admin Users Page
To access the Admin Users page, follow these steps:
Select the Ellipses (…) in the Left-Hand Menu.
Select Admin → Users.
Only Firm Administrators can see this page.
What You’ll See on This Page
The table shows helpful info about each employee, including:
MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication): See if it’s turned on for their account. If so, you’ll see “Enabled.”
Email Integration: Shows if Outlook or Gmail is connected. This brings client emails into Liscio Timelines.
SMS Usage: Shows who is using texting. Texts sent to clients appear in their Liscio Timeline.
