โ€‹Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security feature that adds an extra step to verify a user's login. It helps protect your data and improve cybersecurity. Many data breaches happen because of weak or stolen login details. We strongly recommend using MFA to help prevent this.

Employees with the Firm Admin Role can help monitor MFA for all employee users.

We recommend communicating with your team to ensure everyone enables MFA.

  1. Select the ellipsis (three dots) in the Left-Hand Menu.

  2. Select Admin.

  3. Select Users.

  4. The column called MFA will show who has it enabled.

Liscio Supports all major Authenticator apps including:

  1. Google Authenticator

  2. Microsoft Authenticator

  3. Duo

  4. Authy

  5. Auth0

  6. Okta

  7. And more!

Password management tools like 1Pass, LastPass, and NordPass also offer MFA. If you donโ€™t already use an Authenticator app, download one from the iPhone App Store or Google Play Store.

After turning on MFA, log in to Liscio with your email and password. Liscio will then ask for a passcode. You can find this passcode in your Authenticator app on your phone or saved in your Password Manager.
