Disabling Multi-Factor Authentication

If You Have the Passcode:

  1. In Liscio, select your name (Profile Settings) from the vertical (left-hand) menu.

  2. Under Security Settings, select Manage.

  3. Under Status, select Disable.

Resetting MFA When You Cannot Retrieve the Passcode

If Your Email is a Google or Microsoft 365 (Office 365) Account:

Note: This method only applies if your Liscio login email is associated with Google or Microsoft 365.

  1. At the Liscio login page, select either Sign in with Google or Sign in with Office 365.

  2. Log in using your Google or Microsoft 365 credentials.

  3. Once logged in, select your name in the vertical menu to access your security settings and enable Multi-Factor Authentication.

If You Do Not Use Gmail or Office 365:

If signing in with Gmail or Microsoft 365 is not an option, please contact Liscio Support for assistance.
