Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a critical step in improving your cybersecurity. Liscio supports Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, and others.
If using an Authentication app:
Android:
Go to the Google Play Store.
Search for the authentication app you wish to use.
Tap Install.
The authenticator app is now installed on your phone.
iOS:
Go to the App Store.
Search for the authentication app you wish to use.
Tap Get and then Install.
The authenticator app is now installed on your phone.
If using Authentication through a Password Manager:
Many password managers offer MFA. Check with your password manager to see if they have this feature.
Next:
In Liscio, select your name (Profile Settings) in the Left-Hand Menu.
Under Security Settings, select Manage.
select Next.
Open the authenticator/password manager you wish to use.
Scan the barcode in Liscio on your desktop with your phone when prompted to do so in the authenticator, or use the "Scan Barcode" option in your Password Manager.
Type in the Verification Code in Liscio you get from the Authenticator.
Select Verify.
Select Done.
