Messaging in FirmDash

Sometimes urgent business can’t wait until you’re back at your desk. Sending messages in real time minimizes response times and gets you and your clients communicating at the speed of a live conversation.

You can view your entire Inbox in FirmDash:

  1. Select the menu icon (three lines) in the upper-left corner of the screen.

  2. Select Inbox.

  3. View Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Archived, and All at the top of the screen.

Message history can also be found on the Contact level:

  1. Select the Contacts page.

  2. Search for the specific Contact.

  3. Select the Contact to open their record.

  4. Select the Messages tab at the top of the screen.
