Sometimes urgent business can’t wait until you’re back at your desk. Sending messages in real time minimizes response times and gets you and your clients communicating at the speed of a live conversation.

You can view your entire Inbox in FirmDash:

  1. Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the upper-left corner of the screen.

  2. Tap Inbox.

  3. View Inbox, Sent, Drafts, and Archived at the top of the screen.

Message history can also be found on the Account and Contact level:

  1. Tap the Accounts or Contacts page.

  2. Search for the specific Account or Contact.

  3. Tap on the Account or Contact to open their record.

  4. Tap the Messages tab at the top of the screen.
