Sometimes urgent business can’t wait until you’re back at your desk. Sending messages in real time minimizes response times and gets you and your clients communicating at the speed of a live conversation.
You can view your entire Inbox in FirmDash:
Select the menu icon (three lines) in the upper-left corner of the screen.
Select Inbox.
View Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Archived, and All at the top of the screen.
Message history can also be found on the Contact level:
Select the Contacts page.
Search for the specific Contact.
Select the Contact to open their record.
Select the Messages tab at the top of the screen.
