Update to Advanced Engagement Tracking Options

New “slipping” tag plus options to tag contacts who’ve never been emailed or never engaged, for better list tracking.

Updated over 2 months ago

We’ve added a new feature in Advanced Engagement Tracking Options (found under Settings → Engagement → Advanced Engagement Tracking Options drop down).

  1. Slipping Tag

With the new slipping tag, you can automatically tag contacts who are showing signs of disengagement. When enabled, ListDefender will:

  • Compare the date a contact was last emailed to the date they last engaged.

  • If that gap exceeds the "x" number of days you set (for example, 3 days), the contact will be tagged with a slipping tag.

2. Never Sent Tag

  • Apply a tag to contacts who have never been sent an email.

  • Useful for quickly identifying untested or brand-new contacts.

3. Never Engaged Tag

  • Apply a tag to contacts who have never engaged with your emails.

  • Helps segment and target contacts who may need a different nurture strategy.

This makes it easier to identify and re-engage contacts before they become completely unresponsive.
